HORRIBLE customer service. I called them asking about their services and because I wanted to speak to a manager about a special condition (I am allergic to certain nail polishes) the person on the phone was unable to help me answer the question and told me to call back next month and maybe I could speak with a manager. But he KNEW no special accommodations could be made. Said to call in a month and MAYBE someone would talk to me. They then just HUNG UP on me while I was speaking. This kind of customer relations is completely unacceptable and they should be embarrassed of their employee.

Maybe it's the fact that I grew up with an aunt who had a nail salon, but I felt quite at home at Harmony. My friends and I stopped by after seeing some reviews of the place on Google for an impromptu girls' outing. It looked like a small space, but it was actually very comfortable.
