REVIEWS

I have never been so frustrated in my life. I wanted a full set with tip. I did not want my nails cut because I was working for awhile now to grow them out. (I do not believe this is a complicated request) This was an on going conversation with my nail technician who instead of saying she did not understand she went ahead and destroyed my real nails. Each time she would chop them we would stop and re explain! It got to a point where I whipped my hands away and called for anyone else to help!! Then after the whole situation was explained and both understood I was told I was going to be charged EXTRA because I wanted to keep my natural nails long. I only have 4 natural nails left out of the 10! I am incredibly disappointed that I did not trust the reviews! This place is horrible!! ****edit: I have uploaded a photo for better understanding of their final work. My thumb is my natural nail, everything else was destroyed.

Everyone does a great job for me when I go. The wait time is not long at all. They figure out a way to improve their process in customer service and I love it!

We came in with the idea that this place was busy and were prepared to wait. We picked out our color and we put in the pedicure chairs after about 15 minutes but then sat in the chairs for an hour and fifteen minutes before we got up and left. Usually this place is great but they actually ignored us even when we asked about the wait. Not coming back.

When I need to consistently tell you to correct things like my nails dont match on both hands, or there's little red specks from the filing flakes of my previous color, or you're missing spots when painting the nail. Maybe you should find a different profession. There's no reason as to why the customer should be telling you how to do your job. And then want to charge me an additional 5 dollars to simply file the nails on the sides? I won't be coming to this place ever again. They're lucky I could only give one star because they dont even deserve that one.

My girlfriend went in to get a set of acrylics put on and she was continuously harassed to try different nail techniques. Within two hours her acrylics were separating from her nails and the polish did not cover the whole nail. She had a male technician who was uncooperative and clearly did not know how to apply acrylics, so I am not sure why she was assigned to this technician. This was her first time to the salon and she will never be returning due to the poor customer service and sloppy performance.
