1. We are seeking for a manager:
- starting salary of $100K/year
- oversee 2 shops along with 5 assistants
- must be fluent in English and Vietnamese
- must possess excellent marketing skills
- must learn /research new trends and ideas to train the techs
- must have knowledge of integrating med spa into a nail salon
- other duties are assigned by the owner

2. ~The salon is in need of 2 more master technicians to do nails, lashes, facials, body waxing, facial waxing, eyebrows tinning. Guaranteed salary over $130K/year. The shop pays $300-$400/day to the main worker all year round rather than sharing. The master worker brings in more than $2000-$3000 per week all year round. Guaranteed that no week will be less than $2000 excluding tips. There are witnesses

3. ~The salon is in need of 4 master nail technicians who know how to do acrylic, color powder, ombré, dip, solar, gel x, design, long nails, and wax. The shop pays $250-$300/day all year round rather than sharing. Guaranteed that no week will be less than $1,500 excluding tips. There are witnesses

4. ~Salary $7,000-$10,000 & up per month for other workers depending on speed and experience (not including tips).

-The shop has 5 receptionists.
-The owner does not do nails. Investor in several stores and real estate.
-There is a Vietnamese restaurant & Boba tea next to the nail salon with the same owner.
-There are 2 private, large, beautiful, clean houses right next to the lake for remote workers.

-The store in Louisiana earns more than $2M per year so it doesn't do 1099 & doesn't pay 100% cash. Only do 1099 if the worker has the minimum standards of the 1099 law. Please understand.
