Call Melanie!! Seriously. I came in with a thick head of hair and washed out balayage and with a lot of patience and expertise in professional touch, Melanie brought life back to my hair! My balayage exceeds my expectations! I was able to sit back, relax, and just trust the process!

I have been going to this hair salon for almost 10 years now and moved way over to Winchester VA but still travel to my hairdresser Chris who is amazing plus the staff here are very friendly and inviting each time I come.

Horrible haircut and experience. Hair stylist cut my hair for 10mins then blow dried (painfully) for 30 mins. She also over used the texturizer even after I said I didn’t want anymore. Completely destroyed my hair, to say I have ‘flyaways’ is an understatement. I have long hair and it looks bad up because so many small damaged hairs fall out and it looks bad down because of all the frizz from the damaged hair. It never looks good even when I style it. I have never had this problem before. On top of that customer service was horrible. I checked in 5 mins before my appt and the receptionist didn’t even tell my stylist I was there until 20min later when I asked her to. Even then I waited 10 more mins before they took me to wash my hair and another 10mins until the stylist cut my hair. The stylist didn’t even introduce herself so I can’t say who it was but I watched her blow dry the person before me for at least 30mins while I was waiting. They also charged more than was listed on their website. Horrible. Don’t go.

The masseuses are really good. I went with my daughter, and we were attended to by 2 different masseuses, and both were good. The place is spacious and clean too. The only thing that needs to be called out is the loud musics at the lounge. It’s counter-relaxing.
