Haven't been here since the re-model, and it's stunning! The salon is beautiful. Went on a busy Saturday morning but was pleased that I got taken right away. The tech, Tom did not speak much English at all so it was very hard to tell him what I wanted. He was very very rough with my nails and after saying upwards of 5 times, 'ouch, that hurts' he kept going and was drilling into my nail beds. I needed 2 acrylics repaired and he made them noticeably longer than my other nails so I asked him to make them all even a couple times. I love the color that I got but all my nails are slightly different lengths that I just stopped asking. The price was very reasonable and the salon was beautiful, but not sure if I will be back because of how many times i told Tom that he was too rough and he didn't stop.
UPDATE: I called because 4 days later, one of my acrylics broke off and the lady at the front desk told me to come in and they would fix it. Tom's wife actually took me and she apologized for him. I appreciated that and I will be back!

Would definitely go earlier in the day, Before noon. Great Place! Edit: Thank you for your response, It was a busy day when I came with my step daughter. They forgot I had requested to get her nails painted as well. We felt a little rushed. I appreciate your care in the response so I will give you the full 5 stars. I am a repeat customer now 3 times so far and will continue to come back. Thank you.

I love this place. I've been going to Thao for over 9yrs and she is awesome. She always does a fabulous job on my nails. Very detailed with her work and the atmosphere is inviting and friendly.

Had an appointment for myself, Aunt daughter and her friend. Was rushed in and out like cattle, no hand soak, was offered a drink but never received it, and to top it off the paint is coming off of my finger already and it hasn't been four hours with a gel manicure! Only one layer of paint! We spent over$100 in there and after today which was my second time there I will never be back. Awful Mother's Day experience!

Everyone at 202 nails is wonderful!!!! The service is fantastic, the nails are perfect everytime, and Lynn is a sweetheart. I would recommend this salon to anyone!!!!
