This was the worst experience I have ever had at a nail shop. There was only one lady there and she seemed very eager to start on my nails. I came in with pink polish on my toes and wanted a pedicure she did not take all of the pink polish off and continued to cover it with a dark color leaving pink showing in the corners of my nails. I got a full set which was crooked and shorter than I asked for. When I asked her to fix it she said my finger was crooked and that she knew what she was doing because she had been working here for 13 years. When I told her it was crooked and she needed to fix it said I was young and picky. I am a teenager but I was also a paying costumer. She said she fixed it but every nail on my left hand was still crooked. This was over all the worst nail shop I have ever been to and I would never recommend this place to anyone.

The nail salons in NWA are by far the worst. I can't seem to find a good one anywhere! I get my nails done every week would love to have a permanent salon!! This time I drove out to Farmington. Yet another fail. Nails were crooked and uneven and when I pointed this out she said " no its even see" she had to much pride to admit they were not done right. Didnt even attempt to fix it. She just kept saying how beautiful the nails were and how she's been doing this for 11 years. Also I've been getting solar nails for awhile and I'm pretty sure they don't use real solar powder. 2 nails broke within 3 days after a brand new full set?!? I have NEVER broken a nail when i get solar. They had little to no buisness when i was there, so there was no need to rush or do sloppy work. She knew she messed up, she went to the back while I was drying, and didn't even ask to be paid. I had to look around the salon for someone to pay, when the guy finally came out and took the money. Smdh Another one bites the dust.
