I walked in at 5:30 pm dressed in business attire (skirt, shirt) but without an appointment. I literally stood there for way too long while no said anything. No "hello" or "may I help you?". Nothing. A regular walked in and a worker said greeted her by name and waved her towards a chair. Another worker rang up a sale right in front of me without making eye contact or speaking. Nothing. It was obvious I was waiting to be serviced. I was standing in plain sight by the register. I continued to wait. Nothing. I eventually walked out. I would NEVER spend a dime in a business that treats a potential client this way. How rude. Too many other nail salons in the area. I wonder if my beautiful brown skin was the issue. I have never had a negative experience like this in a nail salon anywhere.

Great place for nails. Didn't have an appointment at a busy time and they still took me right in. They definitely have regulars here for a reason.

Best place for pedicures in the area!! I have been coming here for years and have never had a bad experience. Clean, caring environment and the best leg massages ever! Everyone is friendly and spends time with you. I never feel rushed, just comfortable and relaxed.

Terrible for waxing. A shame they don't understand customer service.

I have been going since it opened. I enjoy the ease of getting taken care of whenever I come and the international group of women who do their best to care for me. They are a good gang of women with a lovely owner who does care. try them out for a great pedicure.
