Excellent service! Very busy so book ahead or arrive during off peak times. Happy and friendly staff makes it my #1 local nail salon.

I’ve been to many nail salons and this one is at the top of my list. Always friendly and the best manicure and pedicure.

Has got to be the worst nail place in Brevard County. Everyone seems annoyed when people walk through the door. They speak nothing but Vietnamese, clearly talking about customers. The quality of work is not worth $0.01. Call them out on something and watch out! I get gel manicures all the time that last at a minimum of two weeks. After 5 days of getting a "manicure" at this salon the tips we're chipping and by day 7 the gel was pulling away where the cuticles should have been cut. I went in to show them and they completely blew me off. They do not care about customer service. I also question the cleanliness of their establishment. I do not recommend this nail place for anyone. So. Frustrated! Ugh!

First of all, I made an appt as it was around the holidays, I arrived and had to wait 35 minutes for the person I had requested to do my mani-pedi which I had been satisfied with before. I was rushed through both and when I had left I really had issues with the French gel nails (which I had been very happy with prior....lasting 5 weeks).....2 days later....Christmas Eve, my nails actually did not chip, they were literally peeling off from the cuticle line, needless to say I was very upset and went back to the salon only to find out they were closed and I had to wait until the day after Christmas (so my nails looked horrible for the parties I went to on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day). When I went back to the salon the day after Christmas, I was treated horribly, like it was my fault.... the only English I understood was that there would be no refund...( with a lot of another language being spoken).....another person did say she would fix the problem...she never took off the prior gel and start from the beginning as to make it right but was extremely rough and rude with me.... when I left the nails looked horrible and I knew they too would be peeling in a day or two which is exactly what happened and so for New Years Eve and New Years Day , I also had pathetic looking nails. I did have a friend come with me who has gone there periodically to verify my story. She will never go there again as I will never either again. Things do go wrong and sometimes the product used is ineffective but to be treated so disrespectfully is horrendous.....I am the customer paying for this service, ultimately paying for your living . I only post this review to make loyal customers question that they will be treated any differently should they have a problem, think again...these people know nothing about customer service. Don't be surprised, no matter how long you have been a patron the first time you are unhappy and question their work, you will not be treated like this.... they truly do not care about the service they are providing....it's all about the money. I rarely post reviews, especially negative as everyone has different experiences but when I pay for a service and on top of that tip very generously (being Christmas) and get less than acceptable service, I feel the need to warn others of their practice.

I don't understand why this place has 2.3 stars I have been going here for about 1 1/2 and they always do a good job and my nails last long. The owners are so friendly along with there son. Great work and I hope more loyal customers review them higher.
