Love JCP . They offer deep discounts and lots of great coupons. There selection is large and their styling is trendy. The parking is great. .The home department is really great. Sheet towels home goods all so lovely. A must stop store.

Usually we don't shop at JCP - this time we stopped to shop for appliances - impressed by the top notch sales service - price wise they match other appliance stores, but we bought in the end the four appliance kitchen set from JCPenney. Crystal and Andre were outstanding in treating the customer during our transaction from explanations to closing the deal.

Clean, good customer service, but always lomg linw for picking up online order because only 1-2 employees at the service desk
