Sad I need to give this location 1 star based on service (or lack there of) today.
I will note previously they have done a good job with my haircuts as well as my kids haircuts.
Today I was denied service because I did not have a mask. I explained to the lady (who I believe was the manager) that I have a medical condition which makes wearing a mask impossible for me. While I did not need to explain this condition I did so anyways out of respect for the company.
I have severe asthma making it so that wearing a mask for more then a few minutes makes me out of breath. Even after explaining this to the lady she still refused to provide service to me for no other reason then I was not wearing a mask.
I informed her she should be more educated on the law and that I would be filing a complaint with the ADA which I have.
It is sad to see this world coming to this and hopefully this is not a trend I continue to see at local businesses.

I have never had a problem here. I take my three boys, who have the same haircut everytime. One is a toddler, and they are so patient. I take my sister an I, and we change it up frequently. If there is any issue they have no problem with you coming in and they will fix it free. I love that they have our previous cuts on record. They are awesome!
