This is my first time visiting this nail salon. My nails are beautiful, however, communication was off. I called a day ahead and asked how much it typically runs for a full set with long stiletto tip. The lady told me $35 plus the gel Polish. I asked her how much the gel is, she stated $12 additional. I said perfect & I don’t want to get there then have an expensive $90 bill. Please schedule my appointment for the next day. Apon my scheduled 11am appointment arrival, no one was available to do my nails. I waited 45 minutes. The young lady (Nicki) did my nails & did a great job. I told her I usually get diamonds & designs but I won’t this time. She said she can do diamonds on 2 fingers for me. I agreed. Once she finished my hand, she asked how much to I think my nails cost. I looked at her & said I don’t know, maybe $70? She said NO! It’s $20 per nail for diamonds. My mouth dropped I said that is absurd & I have NEVER paid that. That should also be communicated first. My bill was $110 & I still can not figure out WHY! I’m very upset about it.

This was the best SERVICE ever. Tammy did a great job on my manicure. Now to the pedicure John is the best BEST I've ever had. He was very nice helpful and took his time. The ambiance is great as well. I will be back!!!

I will be honest, My experience here was less than satisfactory, but the owner has been so kind and apologetic about what happened to me, that I couldn't in good nature leave my review up. She reached out to me at midnight on a Saturday night to resolve my issue and has been more than wonderful. That's all I can ask for in a small business.. If something goes wrong, make it right and she did just that.

Scheduled an appointment and work did not begin on my pedicure until 45 minutes later. I asked for a French pedicure. Unfortunately they did not do a French polish they simply painted white (unevenly) at the tip of my nail. No color laid down first. I also had a polish change done and two lays later the polish is cracking. I have never experienced this at another salon or even painting my own nails. The tech made me feel uncomfortable, I felt like I was bothering her by having my nails done. The salon was clean, the managers were friendly and there was okay polish selection.

Eva is my technician and she makes my nails look absolutely beautiful every single time! She is very sweet and also super talented at what she does. The whole staff is honestly so warm and friendly. My visit here each time is always pleasant , I would never go any place else!
