The technician there - Bella, poured scorching hot water during a pedicure on my mother. Not once, but twice. She has performed a pedicure for my mom and manicure before for my sister before. They both complained privately to me she is generally aggressive. Her manicure last time made my sister’s nail bleed, but she didn’t speak up. Please give your staff training on A. How to be gentle B. Professionalism. If someone is saying the water is too hot, do not counter back with saying “oh, just give it time”.
I will never come back here again. Bella needs training ASAP.

Love this nail salon! I have been getting my nails done regularly for over a decade and lived in multiple states and this is my favorite salon. Mai and Tammy are amazing and I will schedule my life around them. Everyone is very friendly, talented and the salon is beautiful. Most salons get run down but they stay on top of keeping it updated. Their Covid policy makes me feel safe and it's the cleanest salon ever! Love them!

BEAUTIFUL salon. Very unique. Shining and clean. Kind staff overall. The young lady at the front could be a little more personable and friendly overall on the phone but she did warm up and was helpful by answering my few questions when I was in the salon. It is busy (specially the phone) so I would like to give her benefit of the doubt. The staff is conversational and they didn’t rush me not to mention impeccable work! I will definitely be back.

I feel compelled to write a review about the One Loudoun Anthony Vince Nail Spa because the team of people who work there are so professional but more importantly genuinely kind and care about their customers. The salon itself is also a beautiful and clean facility and I am so thankful to have this location as an option.

I have been here several times. It is generally good, but sometimes I have had bad experiences. Last time, the man who did my nails cut me 4 times and left my nails too thin; he seemed to be in a rush to do my nails fast.
