This is the second time ive gone. When i went on 3/19/19 they were acting like they didn't want to take off my acrylic nails and were rude about it. I sat down and the towel they gave me smelt a little moldy. I brushed it off and just took it. They put my fingers in acetone and began to file down the acrylic off my fingers. I asked them why they said my nails hadn't lifted i assured them they had or i wouldn't be there getting them off. So i sat there they filed down so much that they rubbed into my natural nail. I asked them to stop becuase it hurt and to use the machine they refused and said they couldn't. They continued to file my nail eventually cutting my skin. At one point they ask me what i wanted done on my nails as if i was going to get other nails or something. They had the nerve to still charge me after i complained that the acetone was burning my fingers. I made them stop and had another person use the machine to get off the access acrylic that they shaped on my thumb and ring finger. I'll never go here again.25 dollars to take off a full set that would have been 15 anywhere else. 2 and a half hours of pain that would have taken me 45 minutes at the mall and no pain. Don't go here.

I've been coming here for years now with my mother and friends, and its honestly the best place to go! Gel nails are done perfectly and all the spa treatments are amazing! Try a new one every time to go. Eye brows waxed to perfection and they respect that I have been trying to grow mine out! 10/10 will continue going here

they only have one lady that can do acrylic nails. In reality they don’t have anyone that can do acrylic nails. If you want your whole finger covered in the acrylic then go there. Had the worst experience ever. Ended up leaving before my nails were even finished to go somewhere else. The lady at the next place even looked at them and was making comments about how awful they were done and looked. Don’t waste your time going to this place!
Also the pictures are definitely old because they do not even have tables. You sit in a pedicure chair to get your nails done. Not relaxing having your arm suspended in the air or having to reach across your body while they do your nails.

Horrible! First of all it's expensive for basic service. Girl uses my towel on her glasses then uses it on my feet. They had me give a review on Yelp and would not credit me $5 as promised for doing the Yelp review.

I come back here every year while visiting the area and my nails are perfect and toes are adorable. Tina and Kathy are the nail gurus and I always fall asleep from the relaxation. This is the actual best nail salon in San Diego
