I will NEVER RETURN to this place EVER AGAIN. First of all we were told it would be a 1/2 hour wait ( which was fine) but a 1/2 hour was up and we still had to wait an extra 1/2 hour. They begin a pedicure on my daughter ( they made her sit on her grandmas lap) and in the mean time 4 other customers walked in and get their services before my mother did. They could have very easily taken care of my mother first instead of making her and my daughter share one chair. Two other customers got seated in a pedicure chair ( they didn’t have to wait) at this time my mom had already had to wait an hour and a half. Why they didn’t just sit her in her own chair and take care of her before the other customers who arrived after her?
Not only did the customer service SUCK they didn’t even perform full pedicures on their feet. All they did was soak their feet, clipped their toe nails, then painted them. We could have very easily did it at home.
They will never get my service again.

I loved it! Only thing was the day after I realized he actually gave me scrapes on my heals and big toes from the exfoliating sponge thingy. It hurts now! Which sucks bc I’m leaving for the beach in three days! Other than that nice people and great atmosphere.

Must admit I was rather disappointed. I've been here several times and typically dont have any issues. Today however I was displeased. There were quite a few people I had not seen before, which should have been a warning. I felt the service was rushed and when I said I wasn't satisfied with how my color turned out, I wasn't offered an apology, offer to fix it or anything. I was just given a blank stare and a charge to my card. I really like the old staff, and probably wont be back.

Didn't like it! When i went it was awkward. I'm assuming owner and maybe wife idk but she kept looking over his shoulder while he was texting. Just weird

great friendly people. It’s the best hidden place on the westside. Clean relaxing always satisfied with the service !
