rude staff that (either due to ESL challenges or delayed intelligence) could not even tell me what the wait time would be. all they could say when I asked if would it be a 5 minute or 30 minute wait was, "first come first serve." 🤔👎🏽💩 i've come here before, but the service is getting worse and worse recently. no mas.

I went in today for a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. First things first, I had to request a clean pedicure bowl because the one they originally tried to seat me at was dirty. Albeit, them denying that it was. My pedicure was given by a gentleman who began painting my toes without toe spacers or rolled tissue to separate my toes so the polish wouldn’t be ruined. I requested toe spacers but he ignored my request. I was quite irritated because the other customer had some while getting her toes done by another tech. He stuck one piece of cotton ball between two of my toes. He left for a few moments and returned smelling of cigarettes. Yes, he took a smoke break while doing my pedicure and coughed on my foot several times failing to cover his mouth. 🤢
Next, Ms. Nancy (name on the license) started on my gel manicure. She was doing a great job until she started ripping my cuticles with the nail clipper. Ouch!!! My cuticles were bleeding so bad that I asked her to give me a bowl of water to soak them in. She rubbed my bleeding cuticles with her bare hands. Talking about unsanitary! Then after she completed my nails she tried to charge me an extra $5.
This was my first experience and my last. These nail salons should be shamed for unsanitary conditions and poor customer service.

Your worst nightmare! Do yourself a favor and go to another salon. Unlicensed man working here he knew nothing about doing a pedicure I literally was scared.he left my feet feeling so rough and hurting. Don’t go here ladies!! The reviews here are obvious.

So I NEVER get my cuticles cut because somehow they always cut me. I asked multiple times for her to stop and she refused. She cut me twice on my feet and twice on my hands. My pedicure took almost two hours.

I came here Thursday May 3rd for a pedicure I was in water for a hr and 15 mins they need more employees they are entirely too slow I will not be coming back 🤬🤬
