Vicky is so friendly and makes sure that you walk out satisfied with the service.
I highly recommend it.
I don’t let anybody else touch my eyebrows Vicky always take her time to do them very nice.

I have been here twice. My first time here the service was impeccable. Today I went in to get the ultimate pedicure with hot stone massage and ended up walking out because of the very poor customer service. When I arrived I was told there was a wait. I told the nail tech I did not mind waiting for one of the two nail techs to finish. No problem. Well she walked off. I stood there and asked her well can I wait in one of the massage chairs, she replied yes. Another customer came in and was seated and had his water ran and was catered to before me. I was still sitting there with a dry bowl. She never offered to run my pedicure water. Acted as if I wasn't wanted there. So I got up and left. I will never come back to this salon. Nor will I ever recommend them to anyone else. Pick up your customer service skills. Last time I was here I tipped the young lady $20 for doing a good job. Today I was treated as if I didn't exist. NEVER AGAIN.

Very professional and pleasant atmosphere! Attentive to the needs of the customer and very friendly! My first time coming and they've definitely gained two new customers!

I absolutely love this Nail Shop. I have been coming here for 1 year and they are great at what they do. It is a warm feeling there. I searched for a comfortable shop for months when I moved to the area because I truly like to relax when I get my nails done, and as soon as I entered, it was a different feeling. Vicky, CiCi, and their team is one of the best out there. They pamper me and I greatly appreciate the experience each time! And beyond that, I really big on customer service so they deserve 5 stars!!!!! I have referred several people to this shop and they have the same feeling as me.
