I got my nail done by Veronica and it’s the worst experience I have ever have first time call and make up appointment with her when I get there she just started a new right on the time that I made the appointment with her. I end up have to wait until she finished the person that she did on the same time of my appointment I show her a picture of the design that I wanted to get done and she gave me something totally different when I showed her the picture and show her that it was totally different from when she gave to me. She said there’s nothing she can do about it and she never wanted to fix it. She said nothing is wrong with it and she wanted to charge me more money to get I would recommend anyone do not go there to get your nails done especially she was so disrespectful and rude because I tell her that it was different from the style that I showed her and she only made my look worse

Once was enough to know poor quality. I arrived at 5pm on a weekday. There were a few people inside, but no one waiting. I probably should not have gotten any extra services without knowing the quality of work, but I did. I ordered the pedicure with the hot towel wraps. My entire pedicure felt rushed. I had already cut my toenails, so only filing needed. When she grated my feet, it was done so quickly that she did not get all the dead skin off. When I got home, there were rough edges that I needed to do myself. I have the tool in my shower and use it occasionally , so they were not bad. She should have completed the task properly. I never felt her rubbing her hand on my foot to feel, like most technicians do. Then for the extra payment…she took 1 hot towel and laid it over my shins. She did not wrap each leg, my calf’s were cold. And the lovely warm towel was left on for about 1.5 to 2 minutes before removal. Then a quick polish and I was done. I tipped appropriately…but it certainly wasn’t deserved.

Don't ever get your lashes done there. That doesn't know what she's doing. Omg!!! What a disaster I couldn't even open my eyes. Then they used some cement glue or something because it was rock hard. I bought 2 different lash removers, makeup remover. Even tried coconut oil and it doesn't soften. I've ripped some of my lashes and I still have some on but my eyelids are so irritated. I knew it was going to be a disaster cuz how she did it. Didn't even ask after the first side. What a waste of $45. I do a better job with my diy clusters. And their nails prices changes every time I go. The nail tech was rude Smh.

Went in for filling not happy with outcome. First time and last. I was a walk in ask how long it was wait due to it was full max capacity lady on desk 1 said oh desk 5 take you now i said ok i didnt care it was a male i have some amazing nails done by male but this one NO i literally said it not his talent. I dont know but that really f my day. I asked for trim, as i'm looking at them I'm like they started to look like stiletto rather then coffin so i asked if they can make all same to desk 5. Customer next to me started conversation with me saying how she only come to desk 6 then desk 1 came over and ask me move to her desk 1 i wonder why? But i ask her the same to make either or not half stiletto/ coffin she said ya ya i got you noooooo she didn't ! this is a company for quick buck making they dont consider if it the only break, time or day you have basically your time point blank! And yes i did let her know! On top they didn't have NO one to make anything on nails. So yes if you want your nails to look like you had you 6year old child do it this is it but if your like me take time to go pay a "Professional" to get pampered and get some nice art or just you time dont recommend. Go to Publix plaza "Eden Nails" wayyyyyyyyy better!

My Mother and I have been coming here for 6 years now and the experience has been undeniable excellent! From the owners Lucy and Tony to all their technicians! We definitely recommend Tran & Mimi! please just go in and try we won’t steer you wrong!
