My daughter and I have been going on and off for years but more frequently as of late. They are not customer oriented and they do not care about their work actually looking good. I was there 2 hours and 20 min for a pedicure and gel polish. My pedicure went fine but when it came to my gel polish on my nails they are soft, uneven and thin. It feels like nothing is on them at all. I was continuously overlooked as I had to remind the owner that I had been there before she started on two new people that walked in. I have given them my money for the last time and in addition to this review I will be letting everyone I know not to patronize. I was going, because of convenience anyway. I guess we will have to ride to get the service we want.

The wait wasn’t bad but I would much rather have waited and got good service rather than the service I got. I told my nail tech that I didn’t want my legs massaged or feet scrubbed due to being pregnant. She starts the process and then starts to scrub my foot, I ask her to please don’t. She starts the other foot and then tries to scrub that one, i again ask her to not. I had to tell her 3 times to not massage my legs, they asked me 3 times what color I wanted but they never brought the gel polishes over to me to look, when I finally got them I felt rushed to pick one. During the process she burned me with the water. I don’t think i’ll be back, if they can’t comprehend I don’t want my legs massaged and feet scrubbed, they won’t be getting my tips or service.

Tried to get a pedicure on a Thursday evening around 6pm. Anne started to help me immediately. My toe nails were clipped with a cuticle clipper and my cuticles were barely even touched. The tools looked dirty and she seemed to be in a rush. I asked her to clip my cuticles and she told me she already did. She didn’t. I asked if they offered different pedicures assuming that this was some sort of joke. She then began to shave my feet without adding any sort of product for all of two seconds. Then slapped a drop of scrub across my legs once and put my foot back in the water. Mind you this entire process lasted a matter of 2 mins max. I could’ve done this at home. She says she couldn’t understand me so she ignored me and grabbed another woman that worked there. I explained to her that my feet were barely touched and then that woman reassured me she would double check. I explained that she already double checked twice and my feet look the same as when I walked in. That woman walked away. So I told her that if she was in a rush that I could wait for someone else. She ignored me until I said ma’am. She then looked at me and asked if I was okay and I said no. She immediately hopped up and obviously went on a rant to her other coworkers and stormed off. She then continued to go off to the owner about me. I asked them if there was a problem and everyone smiled and pretended like nothing was happening. I reassured them I would leave a review for them. I understand that people have different skill levels but she was completely oblivious and dismissive.

Horrible experience,I went to this place for a French gel manicure to get service like everyone else and pay for my service and be happy. But this was not the case this owner is rude has no customer service and the one star is not even deserved she deserves a - 0 star. I was sat down to soak and ignored for1 hour and 1/2 every that came in was for pedicure and she sat them right down to get pedicure while I was there first and when I tried to say something this lady was super rude .never go to this place she is super rude horrible customer service and all prices in area are much better she over prices people horrible lady.

Horrible from start to finish; from a silverfish bug on the bed of the eyebrow station, which she just brushed away into the floor to unsanitary looking tools and disgusting towels. Should have walked out numerous times. I feel like I need to go home and scrub down. If I get a staff infection, I’ll know where it came from.
