I have been coming here for years now. I usually go see Lily or Miriam to get my hair done. This time they weren't available so i got Erin. They are all so wonderful and caring. They truly care about their customers and make you feel so comfortable. Any time i call or go in the receptionists are also extrenely nice! I have gotten my eyebrows and lip waxed there as well and Cindy (i think is her name, sorry!) is wonderful as well. Makes you feel at ease and comfortable.

Love the vibe and customer service of Urban Gypsy! I see Roxy for waxing, which is normally an unpleasant experience, but she makes it easy breezy beautiful cover girl. Highly recommend her for any of your waxing needs!

Cindy is incredible. Waxing is an unfortunate and painful necessity. Not only does she somehow make it much less painful, she ensures a relaxed, comfortable experience every time. Highly recommend Urban Gypsy!

I have been going to this salon since 2012. The staff is always friendly and inviting, and I have always been happy with the results. Ignore some of the older reviews about Chris - I have gotten many cuts from him over the years, both when I had shoulder-length hair and when he cut it all off for me to donate. He knows his stuff.

The gentleman I spoke with on the phone when I made the appointment was very friendly and quite helpful (though I'm sorry to say I can't remember his name). My 3-year-old daughter and I went to Urban Gypsy, and it was her first haircut. Lily was terrific with her! My daughter enjoyed snacks and a monkey-printed cape. Lily was able to put my daughter at ease, make jokes with her, and talk about the TV shows she likes. By the end of our visit, my daughter had a new friend. Miriam did my hair. She was friendly, attentive, and thorough. She was also good with my daughter (we had our hair done at the same time). We both left looking and feeling great! My daughter and I would recommend Lily and Miriam to anyone!
