The worst experience ever. The lady that did my nails cut my fingers multiple times. She left two of my nails pointing upward and I asked for coffin shapes and she did them almost rounded. Such a disappointment.

Extremely disappointed. The manicurist cut my finger and the shape of my nails don't all match quite the same I asked for coffin shape and some look more rounded than squared. I will never go to silky nail again. Worst experience and outcome.

Great service, all the ladies are lovely and kind, the environment is always clean and relaxing. Waxing is excellent and relatively painless, manicures are always quick and neat. Overall always a pleasant experience.
