Very nice people, but very poor job doing gel nail fill… the guy just laid the gel over and didn’t shape or file it and told me he was done. After I mentioned that the gel is on my cuticles and sides of my fingers, he then cuts the gel off to shape them (this is after polish). Then I asked him why he didn’t file them, and then he tried to file afterward. I still have all the gel on my cuticles and the nails are not shaped - just looks like melted fake nails on my nail beds. Really disappointing- especially for the high pricing. I won’t be coming back here.

fresh set done by Richard and they came out gorgeous as always, him and his team never fail to preform an amazing job. Richard always makes sure everything is filed evenly and there is never a spot left without color!

AVOID THIS PLACE!! I tried this place for the first time and I will not be going back. Everyone was nice and the place appeared clean, but this was the most painful and the worst bio gel fill I have ever gotten. The entire process was painful. She burned my nails several time with the filing tool. The UV light wouldn’t stay on. My nails are now lumpy, misshapen, and hideous. One side of my nail shape is oval and the other side is square. The bio gel is so thick at the top. I should have walked out the second it was burning, I spoke up, and she didn’t adjust, so that was my mistake.
I have gotten less than stellar manicures before but this is the first time I have been so horrified that I felt the need to leave a review to warn others. I am going to have to go get a new fill this week elsewhere to fix this mess. Do NOT go here.

The best nail salon I have ever been to and the only place I will ever go. I have been going here for 6+ years and have never had a bad experience. Everyone is so sweet and friendly! I don’t even live in Thousand Oaks anymore and still drive 45 minutes to get my nails done here because I don’t trust anywhere else. My nails are always perfectly done (Richard is amazing) and exactly what I want. Highly recommend !!!!

I'm a caregiver and I take my client here to get her nails and pedicures done. She is 88 years old. They are always very sweet to her. Know her by name and treat her and I with such kindness. Besides that, their nail techs are fabulous! I've gone to two of them and they were both excellent! As a caregiver I'm constantly washing my hands or have my hands in water and I've never had an issue with my biogel nails. They do a great job at this salon! And they care. LOVE THEM!
