I went in for a simple manicure without an appointment and was sat down. Their hygienic practices were severely lacking and they don’t take your temperature (like it says on their signs) or make you wash your hands upon entry. The manicurist gave me a clear coat and left me there for thirty minutes to “dry” while she helped two other clients and the owner who was going to do the simple design helped two others (including clients who had walked in way after I got there) as well. I ended up asking to check out as I had spent half of the hour in the chair just waiting and was told it would be another 10 minutes. I’ve gotten a lot of manicures at a salon without an appointment and have never ever experienced this poor of customer service. When I saw she charged me $18 I asked for my money back and she told me because I didn’t have an appointment it was okay for me to wait for 30 minutes and because I didn’t want to stay and continue to wait until they could finish they wouldn’t do anything for me. The technician didn’t even clean under my nails and there are bumps in the coat. I have a clear coat and filed nails to show for it. I will never ever return here. Absolute waste of money and time.

Great staff who know their trade very well! Very reasonable prices! The products are great! Very clean and inviting environment! I've always had great experiences here and I've been coming here for over a year!

The first time I've been able to "pamper" myself since the beginning of COVID I came here. I've been to many other nail salons in my lifetime and this was one of the better. It wasn't overly busy, the staff was beyond pleasant and personable and prices were fair. They have a good selection of colors and designs. I also get my eyebrows waxed as well so it's always great when I'm able to find one salon that leaves me happy when it comes to both nails and wax. I will absolutely be returning here next time.

good acrylic application but she skipped steps, and took super long. she also cut my cuticle and the acrylic was over my cuticle instead
of flush to the cuticle. probably won’t come back but not a horrible place. they also aren’t very clean or neat.

I only go here for my pedicures and wax. Good place. Nice nail designs. The ladies here feel like family.
