I've been going here faithfully every two weeks to get my nails done. Mai is amazing, but lately she's been slacking when it comes to making the length of the nails even on both hands. I'm no longer OCD about things anymore, but it's a bit disheartening when the attention to detail is starting to drop. Other than that customer service has always been amazing, and since I'm practically VIP status with them I get in first.

This place used to be my favorite but over the past year it has went down hill. Kevin always wants to push gel nails on you and if you don't get them he gets mad. It's got to where every time I go they want to charge me a different price. Won't be back, I'm done!

Horrible! I will never go back! I made an appointment and was treated with the worst customer service ever! The owner does not like to take credit/debit card as form of payment so I always would go out of my way to get cash before heading that way. His wife was so rude to me and completely ignored the fact that we had two scheduled pedicures only prepared one chair when all were available and as soon as a walk-in came in she immediately helped her and got her going while leaving my mother just standing there. I do no recommend this place at all! This place does not even deserve a one star rating.

Kevin is the best nail technician, but he's also the rudest one. I came in to make an in person appointment at around 12 and he told me to come back at 2:30. I got off early to make the appointment so I was there by 2:20. He was finishing up with a lady so I assumed I was next. When he finished with her he told a lady to come to his chair and then I asked him, "What about me and my appointment?" He said, "Oh you can wait" and threw his hand up as if what I was saying didn't matter, and walked outside and smoked a cigarette. That wasnt the first time he was rude, but I let it slide before, but after today I was done. I refuse to give someone my hard earned money for their customer service to be bad. They lost a customer and I will never go back.

They are wonderful. Best pedicure ever. They spend real time making the entire experience so relaxing! Highly, highly recommend.
