I never take the time to write a bad review but my service was unpleasant so I had to write a review. As soon as I walked in I felt like I was being rushed to get out. The lady that attended me was rude and rushing me to pick a color and making faces because she had to go home. I couldn’t even turn my massage chair on because she was in a rush to finish. I had come to relax and enjoy my time at the nail spa. It wasn’t relaxing at all, it was like a get in get out service. No customer service whats so ever. Service was not to my expectations at all. Employees need to have better customer service and customer satisfaction. I’m big on that especially if I’m spending time and money at your business. I won’t return again.

The nails always look wonderful! My only issue is they are NOT sanitary, everything is dirty, i even caught some of the workers picking their nose and never washed their hands. Please use new tools when doing nails and make sure to clean your workspace!!

Very happy with my nails! Even though the lady doing my nails spoke very little English. Very nice though.

This is by far one of the cutest nail salons i've been to. The technicians really took their time and made sure that I was happy with my services. You guys do the best dip manicure by the way!

Got a fill and a pedicure on Saturday. Love my fill, but the pedicure was/is a problem. The guy was pretty rough and hurt me a few times. Then all day my big toe was really tender to the touch right in the crease by my nail. I put neosporin and alcohol on it just in case. Today it is pretty painful, red, and a bit swollen. Praying it doesn’t get infected or something. I’m assuming he must have cut me or something and now it’s all angry. Hoping it goes away by tomorrow otherwise I’ll have to go see my doctor and pray it’s not already infected. Won’t be getting a pedicure from here again.
