Worst place ever! Customer service is terrible. My pedicure took her 10 minutes. I asked her why and she said because I chose regular pedicure. Very disappointing

After having a bad experience at another salon I decided to try this place out. Let me say, my experience was excellent! I got the gel delux pedicure that was so relaxing and the color came out great!

The costumer service was absolutely terrible. I visited Regal Nails for a quick nail repair and regretted the entire ordeal. The lady who repaired my nail was actually rude and did not apply any top coat nor base coat. Additionally, I ended up having to refile the repaired nail since it didn't match the others. Do not waste your money here!

Went in for a nail fix and she did not care about my nail it looked like she slapped the acrylic and nail polish on there when I asked for her to do it over she got an attitude. Another time I went to get my eyebrows done the woman was so rough with moving my head to where she needed it do be and I literally left with s headache
