I’ve tried to give this salon a “second chance” three times now, and I will NEVER return. They are extremely rude, have terrible customer service and rush through your nails. The first time I was there, the girl doing my nails answered the phone & said that they were closed. She hung up and I said “I’m sorry, I didn’t realize I came so close to closing time.” She told me they were open for another hour and a half, but she wanted to go home after my nails were done. Then it happened to me! I’ve walked in twice for a fill and have been told that they were “closed” while they were in the middle of manicures / pedicures. The hours on the door said they were open for another 2 hours. VERY unprofessional.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! I TRIED TO GIVE THIS PLACE ANOTHER CHANCE now I’m done and I will tell others my experience. This place don’t even deserve the 1 star. They are not welcoming, they stayed on their phones, VERY rude...the girl threw my bank card back at me on the counter which she should have handed it back to me like a Woman with good customer service...I’m Glad I remained calm on my birthday & still paid for the bad work done on my nails 4 OF MY CUTICLES STILL BURN! I’m just hoping I don’t get any infection! I blame myself though because I was too lazy to drive out Robinson where I usually go.

Horrible! Gel pedi less than 24 hrs ago and polish already fell off. I don't think they even sanitized the tools. Lady was texting on her phone whole time and not taking care of me. Staff is unpleasant. Save your $ don't go here!

Nails are horrible. They quoted a price on the phone then charged more upon arrival. I got a diamond nail they were falling off within the hour!! Not to mention the people are very rude an rough. Never again 🗣🗣

If you don't want walk ins you probably shouldn't advertise walk ins welcome. The man told me I'd have to wait I said ok and sat down. Then he said the girl had two appoints I had to come back later. He was rude and made me feel really unwelcome. I had no problem waiting my turn. However, I will not be returning.
