At first I was rather annoyed because it took so long to get my nails done here. They had upgraded me to a more expensive package even though it wasn’t what I had asked for. I was limited on time. That was a simple misunderstanding, no big deal I suppose.
However, it’s been two weeks and the polish is still on! All I got was gels. I even took a good look at the polish while I was there because I loved the color. Just gels! It’s been two weeks and the polish isn’t even cracked. I’m not easy on my hands either, washing dishes, gardening, yard work, etc. Good show!

I have never written a review but this is the WORST place. They double dip in the wax which is completely unsanitary, they have no regard to appointment times and a few of the employees are incredibly rude and do horrible work when rushed. On top of that I came one time to get my acrylics taken off and the woman used a fake nail to literally pry under the fake nail and rip the acrylics off of my nails. It was extremely painful and my own nails were flying up into my face. NEVER AGAIN. My sisters and I stopped coming here due to the overall bad experience.

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! While these people have a menu for high school kids they fully disrespect high school kids. More than once my daughter has walked out feeling sad because she didn't get what she wanted. She works to pay for this luxury herself and has been ignored, I believe, because she is young. (Even though she has her own transportation, money and job). On May 25th she was in there again and mentioned that what was done was not what she asked for. (She even showed him a picture)... person got up and said: "Well I would have to start over" then he walked away. Could she have said something earlier? Sure. However she felt she was being disrespectful, so she didn't. So... To the owners and service providers at this location: If you hope to serve the teenage population in this area, stop treating them like they are children and start listening to what they ask for. And above all, know that they have moms and sisters and friends that will talk about this and go somewhere else. Lastly, just remember this: their money works exactly the same as anyone else's. Customer service would serve you well. What a shame that you haven't figured that out.

Worst I have ever had!!! First the guy put dipping powder on with a brush and he tells me it’s better. BS. Not a single nail is smooth or even. They dip low In the middle and insanely thick with a ledge at the cuticle. I went back and showed them how bad they were and they knew they were horrible. Lady tried to get me to sit down so she could fix them but I had already been there for 1 hour and 45 minutes for this guy to trash my nails. And not one I’d them is the same length. When he saw that I noticed my thumb had a bald spot where there was no powder his answer was to file it short so the bald spot was not there anymore. They refunded my money after examining my nails. Do not go here. You will regret it. They are HORRIBLE! I don’t believe a single one of the 5 star reviews. You cannot have that many people give them a 1 and sat how horrible they are and then get all 5s with nothing in between. They have to be friends or plants.
