I didnt want to give this place any stars, but had to in order to comment. THIS WAS THE WORST PEDICURE I HAVE HAD TO DATE and Im 38 years old. NEVER AGAIN will I be back. My feet were not scrubbed good, the water burnt me, the guy couldnt paint nails right, got paint all over my new flip flops... just terrible. Mother's Day gift was ruin. I felt like this was a complete joke. Like I was on a hidden camera show. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

Very happy client of Crystal Nails for five years. Jack was my nail tech at another shop and I was thrilled when I found him at his own shop. He, Kim, Tracy and the other techs do an excellent job in a clean, pleasant, inviting atmosphere!

I absolutely love coming here! Jack, Kim, and Tracy are fantastic! Jack is crazy with the nail art and Tracy is the best with pedicures! I won't let anyone else touch my nails!!!

I waited 45 minutes and was not helped at all! The staff helped two customer who walked in behind me! This used to be my favorite nail spa in Mechanicsville! I left and went to Fany Nails by Food Lion on 301 and was helped by their staff!

Been going there now for 5 years they know my mom, my gammie, and I we love them !! They do amazing work Kim & Jack are so sweet and they do everything to make sure you have the best experience!! - TABITHA
