My sister treated me to a pedicure and nails the morning of my wedding day. Everyone was so nice and efficient! My nail art stayed beautiful for 2 weeks!

went to get acrylics and ended up with a bunch of crooked nails and the shape that I requested was completely off. I nicely asked if there was anything she could do about it and the lady started getting all snappy with me and almost yelling. She made me pay full price and wouldn’t even remove them for me. i’ll be taking my business elsewhere. What ever happened to customer satisfaction guarantee?

A nail salon that does EXACTLY what you want and does it BEAUTIFULLY...I am a travel nurse in the area and will definitely be a returning customer during my stay :)

I am very pleased with my nails. Untill i came home, one of my nails popped off and i was told.... I went back that next day to have my nail duct abt get it ud popping off Austin, I honesty hope it gets fixrd. Kim did an awesome job as always, thank you for making sure I didn't have the gentleman today as well. I will continue to go back to Kim's Nails. Amazing!!

I waited over an hour to get service. Then I sat down at the chair and it was not even real nail polish remover, it was some sponge thing that I stuck my fingers in and made a bad smell. Then I asked her to fix the lifts on my nails and she asked if I wanted it glued and she decided to take off my whole nail and it hurt a lot and then charged me for it. Then I asked for a cut down and a couple of my nails weren’t cut enough so I asked 3 times to get them shorter and then she didn’t level them off. Then when she painted them, there was a smudge. Overall worst experience I have ever had. I didn’t want to make a scene because I wanted to get out after being there for over 2 hours. Awful.
