I have been there twice. I don't know why I went back...I was not happy the first time. The first time I had regular polish done on my nails and sat under the dryer for almost 20 minutes and the polish still did not dry. This last time I went for a fill and my nails are super wide and thick at the bottom and they have a ledge at the cuticle instead of being smooth. The young girl seem to have a hard time understanding what I wanted...her English was very bad and broken.

Very unsanitary conditions. The technician cut my toe and it started bleeding. She did nothing and didn't apologize. They have filthy towels and they reused the parrafin wax which was peeled off of my feet for my Sister's feet. I looked up the regulations for Minnesota nail salons and they violated quite a few . I won't be back.

I get gel nails done here about once a month, and I love how Diana gets them thin like a natural nail. Gel nails last until they grow out, which is great because I have perfect nails until my next appointment. The price is less than the last place I used to go, and Diana can usually squeeze you in, even though she's busy a lot of the time. Calling ahead is recommended though. She is easy to talk to, and I've enjoyed getting to know her these last several months.
I haven't had a pedicure in years, but if I go by just the reviews, I'm thinking it would be a real treat at Pro Nails. The customers always look like they're enjoying themselves, so I just might try it soon.

I am so bummed about my experience at Pro Nails:( The owner seemed great with regulars but if you are a new customer be warned. She did great at making me feel embarressed, unwelcome, and like an outsider. I asked for a refill with the intention of refilling with acrylic instead of gel. I am a nail newbie so I didn't know if this was something I could do and so I asked her if it was possible. She asked me why I didn't want gel and I said acrylic was a little cheaper. She immediately became angry and defensive and said if I didn't like the price I could get out and go somewhere else. I came here as a way to unwind and pamper myself before I have my baby and ended up having to hold back tears while I was there. Needless to say, I will not be returning to Pro Nails; not because of the prices, but for the way the owner treated me.

I loved coming here. I got my acrylic nails done for $35. A lot less then where I am from. I was taken in right away and they did a great job. I have had mine for a while now and they still look great!
