I’ve been going to Kinzie nails for almost two years and I love it! Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. My nails always look great and last a long time. Super clean and they play great music too!

This was the worst pedicure ever. I used to live in the building and my regular go to is closed so I thought I would give it a shot again...not a good idea. I walked out half way through my pedicure (paying for it of course) The girl's hand was shaking doing my nails. Thank God Pinky's is across the street and consistently good. Not going back again.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! The receptionist was RUDE and give me attitude just cuz I don’t have venmo or cash and I told her to charge me 10$ plus for tips she started to talk to in mean way and saying something in her language angry but I remain calm! But the best part when I said: Can I have my receipt please (Politely) she give it to me like ANGRY!
I looked at her and laughed her and left because her attitude was crazy but funny at the same time
I went so many nails salon and this one the worst experience in my life in nail salon will never come back again!

I went in today for a manicure. I had acrylics on my nails and the technician went about removing one of my nails by prying it off my finger with an unused acrylic. To explain, without having soaked my hand at all she started trying to pry them off- I've only been wearing acrylic nails for a couple years but I have never had them removed this way or this quickly.
Nearly half my nail tore off with the acrylic, which was unexpected and painful. I asked her if she could use another removal method and she immediately got upset. Another technician came over and told me she would just be filing the acrylics off which she did with an extremely over-used file. In the times we are in this made me uncomfortable.
Before I left the technician told me the reason she had trouble removing the nail was because my nails were so frail which just made me want to start sobbing- as if the weak nail isn't a direct result of her prying half of it off. I left almost immediately after this. I paid ten dollars and got out of there.
If you are seeking acrylics, dip powder, gel extensions, or anything beyond a basic manicure I would take your money elsewhere. My guess is this salon doesn't have real training for anything beyond that. I'm genuinely horrified at my experience today.
