Have tried to redeem a coupon I ordered 3 days in a row now. Business hours say she is open Tuesday through Sunday starting at 10am. I have shown up around 10:30 each day and the door is locked, open sign turned off. I called the number, no reply. Today, the mailman walked by and said, "She's always late. Been like that for awhile now." I understand life happens. I don't know this woman's story. Maybe a family emergency? But c'mon. If it's multiple days in a row, put a sign on your door explaining a good contact number or time of return, or SOME sort of explanation. This is just bad business. I am calling the coupon company LocalFlavor and demand my money back. Not gonna keep wasting my time.

Dropped in for a pedicure, and she took her time, which I appreciated. Very clean as well.

I love the Botanical Salon! Pam is an excellent stylist and great with color. Her services are also affordable. I highly recommend giving the salon a try.
