I made an appointment for me and my friend on a Tuesday. Before hanging up the phone, the woman confirmed my reservation for myself and my friend. When we arrived on Thursday, they refused to take my friend explaining that she was not on my reservation and that I did not confirm an additional person on the text message received earlier that day. Although disappointed, I really needed to get my nails done as it’s been weeks since my last appointment (my normal salon closed as the owner retired. Kindest people ever!) as I am a first time mother with an infant and my friend was there to help me. The woman said if an appointment became available they would take my friend. My son is four months old and at one point began to fuss. After about two minutes of trying to console him. The woman at the front desk asked me if my friend could take my son outside because other customers were receiving a massage and he was being disruptive. I was very angry about this and we exchanged a few words. it was also on an extremely hot and humid day. I proceeded to have my nails done. Someone with a dog came in and their dog was fussing loudly and nothing was said to this person with the dog. Then another customer came in without an appointment and was seen. When I asked them why my friend couldn’t be seen the woman basically shrug me off. This seem like a biased refusal of service. Worst place ever I will never go back and If you have a kid you shouldn’t. I want to add that if they prefer parents with children to come in at a specific time than they should say that. Jerks.

I would give this a negative -99. My friend made an appointment for 2 and we brought my nephew with us. And my friend had confirmed our appointments and when we got there the lady would only take one of us. So as I was waiting for my friend to get her nails done my nephew started to cry and the lady had the audacity to ask me to take him outside because he was crying. Mind you is was hot and humid outside. But yet they would allow a customer with a crying dog into the nail salon. I and my friend will NEVER come back. And if you’re a mom with a baby that needs to get your nails done this is not the place.

Tyson the owner is really nice. Julie the technician is very professional and does an amazing job on your nails. They have brand new chairs. It's definitely worth pampering yourself here.

Took 4 hours for a manicure and this $52 service was suppose to last 3-4 weeks!! Didn’t even last me 1 week. Left before getting my pedicure because the service was so bad. This was only 1 week after getting them done - chipped on anything and everything. Pretty much fell off my nails. Will not be returning.

I did uv gel with extensions, my nails fell off within a day. I called he told me he will fix it so I went he fixed and again it came off in less than 3 hours…
You need better glue!
I’ve been to so many other salons my nails lasted for atleast 1 month!
I’m so disappointed I will never go here again!
