Went in for a full set, the lady sanded my nails down to the skin and proceeded to sand the tips of all my fingers. After repeatedly telling her that she was burning my skin and not filing my nails she kept doing it and began pinching my fingers with her nails. Set came out crooked and she didn’t clean up excess nail polish on fingers. Left with raw fingers and ugly nails.

Great prices and friendly staff. I'm a regular and recommend getting a pedicure, manicure or waxing here. They even throw in the parafin wax treatment for your feet, no extra charge.

Went with my sister almost 2 weeks ago, and the ladys there are amazing. Needa (not sure how to spell her nam but i will ask and correct this) is so amazing and she did my nails perfectly. Normally when i ask for stilletto nails, people do a poor job and do almost an almond shape but the lady here did exactly what i wanted. They are also very friendly and sweet there. My sister got her eyebrows threaded also and they did an awesome job:) i cant wait to go back.

So, I've come here multiple times. I've been pleased and satisfied with two of the gals who work here. The Owner on the other hand, doesn't know what he is doing. I came in on Saturday, 6/3/17 and wanted a mani/pedi. They were quite busy when I came in, but I am understanding and patient so I waited. I had waited over 30 minutes for them to start doing anything to me. The owner had started to do my mani/pedi and this is where it gets bad. That was the worst pedicure I've had in my life.. he was literally watching a soccer game, INVENTIVELY . it wasn't even 10 minutes long, he did the absolute bare minimum. He didn't even paint my toe nails well. Then he wanted to just jump right into my manicure. Worst set of nails I've seen. They weren't even. The paint didn't even cover my nails. It was simply just a fill, and he ruined my nails. When he was "finished" he moved me over to the area for my poorly done nails to dry. He noticed I was upset and was asking me what was wrong. I pointed out everything that was wrong with my nails and how unsatisfying my pedicure was. He said I could come in the NEXT day to have it fixed. They're closed on Sunday's though... so I came back on Monday, 6/5/17, sandy, who is AMAZING, fixed my nails to tip top shape, they're perfect. I even tipped her $10 for her efforts. But I didn't have time to have time for them to re do my pedicure. I came in today, and the owner didn't even acknowledge me. I asked them when Sandy would be in next and the owner said she would be in tomorrow. I had addressed, appropriately, that I was surprised, unsatisfied with my pedicure and wanted it redone. The owner therefore started to refuse me for a new pedicure. I asked if I could have my money back for the poor pedicure I got on Saturday. This man tried to tell me it was a week ago... because this man had the audacity to try and call me out in front of other clients was ridiculously unprofessional. He was telling me to stop talking. I told him to turn off his television and pay attention too his clients. I will be returning tomorrow to talk to sandy and if she can't redo my pedicure for free, plus a personal tip, then I will stop raving about the awesome services I've received from this salon and only tell people to not come here because the owner is rude, unprofessional, not talented, and absolutely not worth anyone's time or money. Unbelievable.

Not sure they know what they are doing? Even I could see that my wife's nails were not done correctly. Some of the nails were not even completely covered by polish.
