This is the worst nail experience I have ever had the nails are low quality bulky, uneven, and the paint is blotchy! They just put oil over the acrylic they left on my skin and wanted to rush me out before my nails had even cured they said what I wanted was $35 then charged me $60 and then proceeded to ask me to leave a tip their customer service is insanely poor I would not recommend getting your nails done here. Take the time to find someone who takes pride in their work

worst nail experience of my life, they refused to refund me after messing up my nails and charged me $60 for these garbage “french tips” would not recommend to anyone EVER. The staff is disrespectful and rude on top of not knowing how to do nails

I usually have no problems with this place. First picture is what they gave me VS what I wanted. I told the lady I wanted it exactly like the picture and told her I wanted stilletto shape. Will not be returning.

If I could give this place no starts I would. I wanted a full set and I got nails that were half way on, not balanced at all(where it's supposed to be thin was thick, where it was supposed to be thick was thin). The shape was all wrong and at the end, the tendons in my arm were hurting. I couldn't really grab anything and this has never happened to me before. I went to get them off and they did but kinda seemed like they didn't believe me when I said I was experiencing pain after they had done my nails. I wanted my money back but they refused to give it back. DONT EVER GO HERE!!!

I really wanted to enjoy the service, but it was quite difficult to do so. I went for a fill and my daughter got a full set. The older gentleman who did our nails, was only paying attention halfway. He was in a hurry and kept bouncing between me and my daughter, instead of focusing on one set at a time. Also, when he was buffering the nails, he kept hitting the actual finger and ended up drawing blood on a few fingers. Considering he used the same instruments on both of us, I would assume that those tools don’t get sanitized in between other customers either… Furthermore, neither one of us got the colors we originally wanted. We just settled because he wasn’t really interested in actually listening to what we wanted. I am very disappointed in the service, especially when you are paying $120 and leave with a sour taste in your mouth, so to speak. I would encourage you to think twice before going there. I, most certainly, learned my lesson and would rather go elsewhere.
