So upset, had high expectations since it’s so expensive! Nail tech doesn’t talk, acted like she’s forced to work, didn’t offer water, didn’t even use hot towels or hot stones like other places, didn’t even scrub my feet, cut my nails all uneven. I get better service at my regular $20 place. Didn’t like it at all, it just looks nice that’s all.

Fantastic service and atmosphere. Loved the manicure and pedicure technicians. The small, private booths are super comfortable and cozy - it really gives the impression of pampering at it's finest.

Got Mani, pedi, & eyebrows done. It was good and they did the mani & pedi at the same time so it was quick as well.

You would think going to a nice spa like this and getting charged an outrageous amount of money the staff would be kinder but no, my nail tech was pretty friendly but the lady upfront was very rude and she is the reason I will never be returning to this spa. Teach your staff how to be kind to customers.

It's amazing here! Friendly service, cushy benches with oversized pillows and chandeliers , and amaaaaazing spa package options! I love coming here when money isn't too tight!
