Diamond is a wonderful woman who has an amazing personality. I came in as an appointment for the first time and was treated very much with respect, at first. She listened to my wants and was able to match them, however not to my expectations. I wanted burgundy wedding nails, and she proceeded to change the design since she felt it was “too Halloween”. Then came time to take off my previous acrylics. Instead of soaking and filing them off, she took a nail tip and dug in between my nail and the acrylic to rip it off! It was very painful and left my fingers feeling very sore, not to mention risking the very real possibility that my natural nail could have come off with it! She tweaked the second design to “add more bling”, which isn’t what I wanted and proceeded to pull out glitters for me to pick from and rhinestones. After the new tips and base acrylic was applied, she pulled out a nice burgundy polish and proceeded to pull out another glitter. In the jar the glitter looked burgundy, but came out cherry red, and after telling her I needed burgundy, she dipped my nail back into the same powder and made it more red. Then came the filing, and she not only clipped the tips too close, but then filed them down even further, so instead of stiletto, I have some wonky sideways point that’s very clearly obvious. Again, these are wedding nails for the next day, so since my wants weren’t being taken into consideration, I had to go to another salon and pay more money to get my nails fixed before the big day. 10/10 would not come back.

Diamond is absolutely phenomenal. She listens to what you need and does it exactly how you want it. I love her personality. This is my second time going and will definitely keep going with her.
