Staff was nice. It was my first time going to Lucky Nails so I was really excited to try them out. The girl that did my gel polish must have been new and inexperienced. She had to stop twice to ask someone else to take my polish off. She lost her patience at one point and started to huff & puff and the energy was so weird after that. I tried to communicate with her but she spoke little English so it was really hard to tell her how I like my nails. Definitely will be my first and last time. If you do go there make sure the person knows what they’re doing!

good mani and pedi - esp for this area! Not a huge selection of gel, but the people were really nice and professional - this is one of the only places that has massage chairs in the area!
