First time I went I was satisfied by Julie who does nails but then she was told to rush on me which she didn’t . I went about a week or two later for a polish change and wanted the same lady but the oldest Asian lady did my polish change and it was horrible. My polish was so uneven and the one nail that was done with glitter was so spacey. She had an attitude because I asked for
More polish because it didn’t look right. I’m not
Paying for My nails to not be done right. My polish also didn’t last three days before it started to look old and faded. She will never do my nails
Again.

Staff are so rude place is dirty and there's a bad energy in the salon.if you want to be in bad mood go here.i was with family from another state and I was actully embarrassed . Paid for nails gave a tip got snarled at and left.lookedlike my child did my nails awful.

This place is horrible they have nasty attitudes?! I spent $50 plus a tip when she didn't even deserve it! Not even 15 hours later my nail broke. When I went back in there to ask them to fixed it again they started talking in their language rolling eyes on me very nasty attitudes. Then she tried to call me liar and said I hit it on something and it broke. That is not what happened! So the Chinese guy that works there started to fix my nail then out of no where got up and went to a lady that just walked in!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!?????I was so Angry!!! But when I first walked in and sat down the man was with a customer and was with her for a hour and when he was done she said "you didn't even paint my nails right there is cracks and bubbles in almost everyone of them" then he says "no they're good". She said "no they're not" so the young lady in the glasses came and looked at them and she started to repaint them again and the girl said she still messed them up so she paid them and said she would never be back again! Neither will I! I am so digusted this place needs to be shut down!!!

My recent visit was a nightmare from hell. I went there to get my nails done. Watch out for the Asian lady with the glasses. Not the old old one but the other one. She seems to hate black people. She was very rude and had a nasty attitude. Seems I irritated her when I asked a question just trying to understand the process. She used the roughest automatic nail file and filed each of my nails down to the skin in the middle part of each nail bed. I told her it hurt when she did the first nail. She just looked at me and continued to do the same to the others. I continued to pull my hand back and complain with each nail. I was in so much pain It brought tears to my eyes. OMG why? Why would someone intentionally hurt someone so brutally. Today I am suffering from infection under my nail beds. WARNING you could have the same experience. I THINK THIS PLACE DESERVES TO BE SUED AND CLOSED DOWN!! I can only imagine how many other victims are out there.
