Probably the worse manicure that I have ever received! I was hesitant to go to this place to begin with based on the reviews, but I wanted to get my nails done in a pinch and it was the most conveniently located one for there I was. The color selection that they had was quite limited from several other places that I have been. I could tell that the polish bottles were very old and past their shelf life stability (I work for a nail polish manufacturer formulating polish, so I have some experience in these types of things). After mulling over the color selection, I finally decided on a shade that looked half decent.
I question the certification of the lady that did my nails. I'm not sure if she has a nail technician license by the way that she handled my manicure. I was surprised that my cuticles did not bleed from the way she was cutting it because it hurt. I glad it didn't break skin because I do not think the tools were sanitized or was even a new set when she used them on me. When she applied the base coat, I could feel that she was getting it on my skin - a bad sign for what was to come. Once the nail polish was being applied, I knew there was no turning back and that I was too late. Two coats were heavily and sloppily applied to my nails, getting all over my skin and in the cuticles. She was very careless in her application, having to clean up each nail each time. The top coat (which was in an "OPI Matte Nails" bottle) was also applied all over my skin and poorly done as you can see streaks on all the nails. It was not a smooth skinny top coat. Of course because it was applied so thick it took forever to dry and I ended up with marks in my nails since I could not sit there for an hour and had places to be. On the plus side, she did shape my nail well.
I thought about complaining, but I had to be somewhere. So for a $10 manicure, it was not worth my efforts to speak to a manager and address my experience at Pretty Nails. I just would not go there again.

Not the most fanciest place in the world very reasonable prices Tracy's my favorite the pedicures are really good

Pretty Nails is great, they do a great job.

I went there a few times so far. They are very nice and they do a great job! They are not very expensive either.
