The wait time wasn't as bad as other places. The nails turned out great, I got a gel set and pedicure. I'm very pleased with the results. Great customer service they fixed feet

The owner did my nails when I went to the salon. I made an appointment for 5:40. When I got there, she was working with someone else so she gave me the colors to look at and I had to wait until 6:15 for her to start my nails. You could tell the staff were very frustrated and overworked. They were complaining to each other and to the owner that she doesn't look at appointment times and needs to pay attention better so she isn't overbooking them (they were definitely overbooked and multiple people left before they even got service due to being frustrated). Many of them were saying they were hungry and needed a break.
I got dip powder nails and she didn't seem very confident in what she was doing. She was very rough with my nails and almost burned my fingers with the electric filer multiple times. I had tips added to my short nails and, overall, the shape and quality of my nails turned out fair. I selected pink for the color and they turned out almost clear. You can see the tips through the nail. She said to me "hm. looks very natural" and when I asked if she could fix it and make it more pink she said no. She said next time pick a darker color. She had another client waiting for her to finish my nails so she was rushing too. Full price is $45 for this service and she only gave me $5 off when they did not turn out to be what I wanted. I will not be going back to the salon.

They were great and fit me in before closing even though I walked in pretty late. The woman who did my acrylics spent nearly an hour on them making sure they were perfect and I'm very pleased. The shape is a little off because my nails were bitten all the way down, and she handled my chewed nails better than any other salon I've been to. The sticker is also a little messed up but that's also my fault lol.
