I arrived at 9:50 it was a woman inside with a client but she wouldn’t let me in until 10am which I felt like was unfair since she was servicing another person. Other workers didn’t show up until 10:15-10:20 even tho they open at 10am. Cho did my nails and wanted to up charge me due to length but never stated during service it would be a up charge even tho I come all the time and pay the same price regardless Of length

Today was my first time here and my pedicure was amazing one of the best I’ve had in a long time the lady that did my toes was so friendly and polite I will most definitely be back she did my feet exactly how I like them

It was busy but they were quick and still polite and professional. I loved my nails and the service I received!

Asked for Ombre Nails (left photo)(showed this photo to them)..got photo on the right.( my nails). Sadly paid for something I do not like. Nails aren't the shape of my fingers, they are too fat and they look pearl, not ombre.😥

I’ve gone here a few times for service & had no complaints.. However, the visit on 8/01/2020 was thee worse Seemed like they woke up on the wrong side of the bed the customer service was horrible. The tech that did my mani & pedi had a serious attitude. I had to ask her if there was a problem because when she started her whole demeanor was horrible. She tried to ease up & act nice but it was fake! If I knew her name I would put it definitely add it to this review.
Today’s visit was my last, never going back to that hole in the wall.
Save your money & go somewhere else where you feel appreciated for patronizing their business & not tolerated.
