Not one to share a negative review but our experience was pretty bad. The most unfriendly staff and service. Not sure what sanitary grade they have but it has to be extremely low- reusing equipment without cleaning, shaking towels of cut nails on the ground in front of customers, not a very clean environment. The staff barely spoke even when asked a question. Rushed through service and never asked questions about preferences. Really, really disappointing and unhygienic and not worth the price.

Stephanie did an incredible job on my nails. I have never had a manicurist who has paid such close attention to detail. She worked quickly and yet managed to give me the best manicure I think I’ve ever had. Thank you!

I’m glad they were open on this snowy day cause i desperately wanted my nails done and everywhere was closed! I called at about 5 and she told me she only takes appts and was able to take me in at 630. I arrived at 630 exactly and was seated to get my nails soaked off. I love my nails and she was very friendly ☺️

5PM I Walked n and inquired about a nail repair.. 2 employee's and 1 customer.. No waiting.. I was told 7PM was the time I could get my repair done.. I asked if the other employee (who was standing and obviously waiting for me) could repair my nail.. Lady responded 7PM.. Hmmm .. I just walked out wondering y a 5 min repair couldn't b done! Please don't let my mind wonder over to racism!!

Tried this place because of the great reviews so i went in for pedicure. I was very disappointed since the lady cut my toenails so short that a couple bled. She also did not allow the rocks/cloths to properly cool before putting them on my skin, so they burned. My toenails are ok but my feet and skin hurt. Won’t be back.
