My nails we're done bad an I'm not going back gave them two chances and both times I was unhappy with there work.. They don't care about how they do ur nails or what u want an need just how fast they can get to next customer.. Speaking about my experience.

POOR WORK. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was out and about Saturday June 30 and decided to stop at Wow Woodlyn Nails. I do not live in the area but needed a refill and decided I'd try them since they were close by. Within 24 hour the gel (which I paid an extra $10 for) began to chip and peel off my nails. I drove 30 minutes back to the salon the following morning and was there when they opened. Because I do not live in the area and didn't want to run the risk of having the gel repaired to chip again to have to return for another repair, I asked the owner to have a tech remove the gel from my nails, paint them with regular nail polish and refund the $10 I paid for the gel. They agreed that they would remove the gel and paint them with regular polish but would not refund the $10. The owner was tremendously rude. For all who don't know, gel polish is not supposed to nix, chip and peel like this. Especially not within 24 hours. I ended up going to another salon to have the damage repaired. The tech didn't even need to drill the color off. He was literally able to peel the gel off my nails. Needless to say I will not be returning...and thank God I paid with my debit card because I'm filing a claim with my bank! Since they didn't want to refund the $10 which was a very reasonable request, they now lost an entire sale.

Loveeeeeeee this place!!! This is where I consistently get my nails and feet done. Service is super fast and GREAT!!! NO matter what time I come I'm usually in and out. I love Nail Tech #8. She's a sweetheart and does fantastic work. She knows me well, I dont even have to say anything to her at all(except what color..lol) she goes right in and does her thing
