They do a good job and are always fast I really like this place they are very clean I always see them cleaning the chair down after somebody gets up the have everybody far apart witch make me feel more comfortable durning the pandemic

This is my first time visiting Q Nails & spa, upon entering, I felt a very calming breath of fresh air. The zen atmosphere and warm welcoming greeting made me immediately at ease. It isn’t over crowded which made it very relaxing. FYI It is best to book an appointment and keep to time, because they are very timely and when it’s your turn, they take their time to give you the best spa experience. A special thanks to Rose who did a fantastic job with my pedicure, with the best foot massage I’ve ever received. Each and every one of their employees has a genuine care for the customer they are servicing. They know their clients by name and back ground and so do the clients. In addition to providing amazing manicure and pedicure, they go the extra mile to really make you feel at home in the spa. I’m anticipating my next appointment.

The staff is so friendly and fun! They do an exceptional job too. I've searched a long time for a permanent nail salon and this is the one! The prices are very reasonable especially for what a wonderful job they do. Highly recommend this salon!

Very clean nail salon they also do great pedicures manicures and eyebrow wax’s there always on time and take there time with me and somebody is always ready to help me when I walk in

I just recently moved back to Houston. Was searching for a new nail place in this area. Last 2 places I went to in the area were very disappointing. After reading some of the reviews of this location, I was excited to try them out.
The spa has a very nice atmosphere, very relaxing and calming. The ladies are extremely nice and attentive. The nail lady, Le, was SUPER welcoming and helped with recommendations. She told me that SNS/ Dip was a better selection for me. I told her my previous experiences with dip and she reassured me that they would give me a better and positive experience. I’m very very satisfied! The color is beautiful, my nails feel light and I won’t have damage to my nail beds! I cannot wait to come back here again next time (:
