Customer for over 15 years. Showed up today two hours before closing. After signing in and sitting in the waiting area for 15 minutes, I was asked to leave and come back another day. This was because they had allowed a customer that arrived before me to sign in their friends/relatives even though they arrived after me. They were not scheduled for an appointment. I will no longer be a customer.

nothing special, get what you paid for. not the best polish options, only had one bottle of Essie. My mani started to chip avpyt a week later but my toes still look good and it's been a month since they were done.

The skin at the base of my nails was cut instead of the actual cuticle so my skin peeled. The cuticle wasn't removed properly so the edges of the polish peeled. The shellac was thick and lumpy, some was even over the skin on the side of my nail. It didn't last a week and looked terrible so I'm taking it off.

I've been a client for more than 12 years, and I've never been disappointed. Great customer service. Very reasonable prices.
