Service has really gone down over the past year. I had been going to Kathy's for over 9 years regularly. The last 5 times I've went I left less than happy each time I told myself if was a fluke and kept going out of habit. The time before last the girl drilled my nail some much it started to hurt and I yelled out it pain moments later it started to bleed 😣. The next time (I waited for over a month for my nail bed to heal) My husband's bestfriend's wife and I got shellac (mine done by Kim). We went out had dinner and by the time we were hanging out that night out nails we're ALL chipped!!! We went back the next day to get them redone . No apologies, NOTHING. They said there was too oil in our skin. Well I've been getting shellac for over 3 years now and have NEVER heard of such. A few weeks ago I left messages for Kathy at 3 of her stores and I have YET to get a call back. Horrible

I received the worst & most painful pedicure at Kathy’s & they don’t care. If I could give a zero star , I would! An older gentleman did my pedicure. I have never had anyone dig & hurt my toes like he did. When I winced , he shrugged his shoulders & continued. He rubbed the outer part of my legs together with lotion & never touched my feet. I will never go to Kathy’s again.

i’m never going back to this nail shop! 😐 it was an older lady who did my nails and she did not know what she was doing and my nails look the opposite of what i asked for. i asked for coffin nails and they was NOT coffin at all. she coated my nails 3 or 4 times and they looked caked up like my 5 year old niece did them at home! 😒 not to forget that my nails was very thin and 2 broke off while i was at work flying in the air the same day i got them done. i will DEFINITELY WILL NOT .. i repeat .. WILL N-O-T be gong back. i took them off the same day and i need my $25 back NOW! i see why only 3 people was there.

I try so hard not to leave negative reviews. But the experience here was so terrible others should be aware. The gentleman doing the pedi was so rough and cut my toe nails so short they looked horrible. This was two days before leaving for a beach vacation in Cancun. I had to go to another salon to put on acrylic on my big toes, to even have a good look for sandals. With hesitation I proceeded to allow them to do a manicure. Once the lady was done filing my nails I could see they were not straight but slanted, as I tried to fix it myself she begun to yell at me " you pick out color" " you pick out color". At this point I told her I was done and needed to just pay and go. Another employee started yelling loudly in their language which caused everyone to stare. Who knows if they were talking about me or each other. But I paid in full and still tipped to just get out of there and the very uncomfortable situation. Elite nail salon fixed the mani and pedi so I looked amazing for my beach vacation. Elite will be my first and only choice from now on.

Worst manicure I have ever had. They rushed through it and missed spots and got it on my hand. Didn’t clean nails or anything that is usually done. They were rushing to get to what you could tell were regulars and taking their time with them.
