Told my stylist I didn't want any blunt cuts due to my thick naturally curly and frizzy hair, also explained that I wanted some weight from my hair removed. I was given nothing but blunt cuts throughout. I went back to express that I felt the stylist didn't listen to what I wanted to have done to my hair and wanted someone to fix my hair since I paid over 250 for a colour and cut. They let me know that I could have thr cut fixed by the same individual who ruined my hair and didn't listen to me in the first place. I refused stating that I didn't feel comfortable having that individual do my hair again out of fear that my hair would come out even worse, I would accept someone else to fix it, or a partial refund. I had a color and cut. Color was fine. Cut was atrocious. I was told there was no possible way I could have my hair fixed or get a refund. Very unprofessional.

I go for massage, they have a variety available. Online scheduling is awesome. The facilities are always nice, clean and inviting. Not inexpensive, but a good value for the price.

I love my new hair cut and color! The place is super classy. The Aveda products used are the best products out there. I will definitely go there again. Maybe, get a massage also next time.

Always friendly with advice. And their "points" program is SO AWESOME. I got two full size things of hand lotion for free after about a year of buying shampoo I would have bought any way.

I rarely leave reviews but since it this appointment was for my wedding I am going to. I had a HORRIBLE experience. My mother in law booked us a French tip and pedi massage appointment. As soon as we walked into the door and the nail ladies came to get us they were confused because they messed up our booking. Instead of keeping it to themselves about the appointment needing to be rushed, they rushed us throughout the whole experience from picking out our nail color to forgetting to clean under my nail bed! It was a horrible experience. I rarely get my nails done and we decided to do gel. Not once was I told about the process or that my hands could react to the UV light if I had sensitive skin. I am a redhead and so this whole process was new to me. My hands reacted so poorly and swelled up. Not only that, Melissa did a horrible job on my nails and left the cuticle bed intact. They just were rushing us the whole time and didn’t care about the quality of work. They knew I was getting married and these were my nails— I am just beyond disappointment. When we were checking out they tried to charge us for the appointment we never got so that was a huge disappointment. Luckily we were able to get some discount— but for a total of $189 and the “quality” of service we got... I can assure you I will NEVER go to another aveda for any spa service of any kind. I like their hair products and the smell— but stay away from their salon services.
