I lived at this complex for almost three years, and regretfully moved about a year ago to Residences At Congressional village one block over. I LOVE Rollins Ridge and miss it so much. Areas of opportunity include that theres a fire house across the street which was very loud. Amenities are weak (there are no amenities besides a very small gym) and the kitchens/bathrooms are a bit outdated however everything else about this complex is awesome. Parking was never a problem for me or any of my guests, and the location was convenient. I cannot praise enough how amazing Ianita at the leasing office and Ramon, the maintenance, are. They made my experience living at Rollins. Always friendly, and caring and would go out of their way to help me. I definitely recommend this complex!
