Never in my life have I walked out of a nail service before until this. I go In and ask for a pedicure, I currently have gel polish on my toes. After pushing me over and over to go with gel again (I wanted regular polish and kept saying no) he takes the e file to my nail and is grinding the polish off, getting my natural nail in the process. I stopped him and asked for a soak off and he genuinely didn’t know how to do it. Applied some random stuff from an unmarked bottle and then started picking at the polish with a scraper tool. Bro was DESTROYING my natural nail. They actually do not know how to do a soak off! I left..

Spacious nail salon & many techs so the wait is fairly quick. The first time I got a pedicure, it was decent also added 10 minutes of foot massage for $10. Second time came to do acrylic tips and I asked for coffin shaped nails, which is extra $5 for the shape, but then it ended up looking square. Loved the holographic color, came out good, but couple of them fell off under 2 weeks so that was disappointing. I've done tips so many times and they never just peeled off that I didn't need to get it soaked off or filled in.

I was told a soak off is 5 dollars, so tell me why I got charged 18 dollars just for her to file my nails?? Filing is apart of the soak off

Most mediocre manicure I have ever gotten. The person doing my nails cut a half inch off my natural nails and filed them slanted, so bad that I had to correct her twice. She had to bring someone else to fix it and they had filed one thumb down so far that the thumbs are two different lengths (and still slightly slanted). They are all a bit lopsided so I just gave up trying to critique as I didn't want my nails any shorter. I then had to ask her to remove the polish that was on the back of my fingers before dismissing me (not due to me rubbing them together, but from her pressing my fingers onto the open bottle). I trust that the other people aren't as bad so I will try again in a few weeks. I just will ask that this girl not service me anymore.

The pedicure was okay but extremely rushed and I literally saw 6 roaches while sitting there over the course of 30 minutes. Very disgusting I wouldn’t recommend anyone go there- they need to be investigated by the Board of Health for sure
